Newbury Traffic Study

13 September 1995

Friends of the Earth and local groups in Newbury will next week launch a new report on managing Newbury's traffic problems without the Western bypass.

The study is the first ever full analysis of Newbury's traffic problems, and includes a package of policies and measures to deal with them. The full report will be available to press on the day, or by post if you cannot make the press launch.

Launch Details

11.00 am Wednesday 20th September 1995.

First Floor, The Old Town Hall, Market Place, Newbury, Berkshire.

Presentations and questions will last for approximately 1 hour, followed by informal chats until 1.00 pm. The Old Town Hall is accessed via the Market Place and has a clock tower.
